Returns

Returning an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return online only for India.

Please note that items must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive the product, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached after we check everything about the return product are in there perfect condition we will refund the full amount. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 7 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty and match the policy and product page policy.

Items tagged under promotional items or all the innerwear items like Men Boxers, Men Briefs, Men Innerwear Vest, Men Trunks, Makeup & Jewellerys are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Abfy Zoo reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, meets our product page policy & if you feel that product does not meet your requirement. Order is valid for exchange within 7 days from the day you receive the product, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached and must be purchased only through  http://www.abfyzoo.com

Exchanges are only applicable for same or higher order value items. If in case you choose to exchange your product with a higher value item, you will have to agree to pay a differential amount while placing an order.
